At an inquest into her death, coroner Alan Walsh said the young woman had been dancing and posing for smiling pictures hours before her death. But Mr Walsh said she had given the 'false pretence of what was happening in her mind'.
His mother was found after a twist of what Foye believes is fate.
He added: 'She was dancing and she had a photo taken which gave the impression that she was relaxed and happy.
She did not appear that she was about to end her life.' The hearing also heard Miss Birchmore - who was more than twice the drink-drive limit when she died - had suffered from anxiety and depression, which was exacerbated by alcohol.
During the inquest, the hearing was told how Miss Birchmore had broken up with partner Ellis Nuttall, 25.
Miss Nuttall's new girlfriend had been sending messages to Miss Birchmore, which she had shared with her family, who advised her to delete them.
